Overview:
As a Regional Manager at Able Research Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding operations within your assigned region. You will lead a team, develop market strategies, and ensure business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives within the region.
    2. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership:
    1. Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
    2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the regional team.
  3. Business Development:
    1. Drive revenue growth through effective sales and business development strategies.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  4. Operational Management:
    1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
    2. Monitor and manage regional budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
  5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    1. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
    2. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Education:
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Experience:
    1. Proven experience in a managerial role, with a track record of successfully managing regional opera􀆟ons and teams.
    2. Experience in the technology or financial services industry is preferred
  3. Skills:
    1. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
